Description: Universal Design for Learning (UDL) is an instructional framework for learning design that anticipates and plans for learner variability. This webinar series will provide participants with an opportunity to explore how the principles of UDL support educators at all grade levels to design curriculum to effectively meet the needs of all learners in the context of Tier One Instruction. The series will focus on the following objectives:
Participants will identify the UDL Guidelines and will be familiar with the research behind the three (3) principles; identify resources and strategies that facilitate further professional learning about UDL; and how the UDL principles, resources, and strategies might support the work they are doing in Tier One or Core Instruction in an RtI/MTSS framework.
