The NYS Education Department recently released the Recovering, Rebuilding, and Renewing: The Spirit of New York’s Schools, a guidance document on reopening schools after COVID-19 that deals with Social-Emotional Learning and MTSS.
We at the NYS Middle School Demonstration Project felt it was an important resource to share as schools begin the process of planning to reopen for the 2020-2021 school year after the COVID-19 global pandemic. Note that no one from the project has any involvement with the creation of this document.
